Irvine is my rainbow after the storm. Utah stretched and pulled me completely out of my comfort zone, to the point where I did not feel like "myself." I wanted to run away many days, but time just kept moving slowly. During that uncomfortable time, I was learning a new lesson what seemed like everyday. The Lord had so much to teach me and change in me. I knew I needed to be improved, it was time for an upgrade. I was afraid that when we moved back to California, that it wouldn't turn out how I was imagining it. It is better. Irvine is my rainbow, it is such a beautiful, safe, and wonderful city. It is perfect for our family. I hope everyone holds on through the storm and doesn't forget that the Lord is the one in charge of the weather. He knows how it is affecting you. Just keep strong and don't lose faith, no matter how long you seem to feel the water pounding on you. I loved this quote by Al Carraway:
"Never let a change of course take away from the unchangeable truth that God is taking care of you. You may not have gone where you had in mind, but you will end up where you need to be with better blessings."
