It Just Makes Scents!

So, we are officially in San Diego, and I don't know if many of you know this, but it is very expensive to live here!! Bittersweet

Welp, in the almost 7 years that Matt and I have been married, we have lived in Hawaii, Las Vegas, Oceanside, Virginia, and Arizona... and now we will be making one more (hopefully final) move to San Diego, CA. I am moving back to my roots. Matt got an incredible job offer with a boss that I love and RESPECT, therefore I know Matt will be in good hands. He will start his new job in the beginning of October. I am really, really going to miss Arizona for many reasons. We have wonderful family and friends there, with an amazing ward. I love our home and all the great memories we have made there. However, I feel happy to be back by the beach and by my family (my mother better move back to San Diego), and happy for Matt to start his career. This by far has been the hardest decision that we have ever had to make and pray that everything will work out for our family. To sum it all up, its like one of my favorite candies, watermelon sour patches... very bittersweet!!

Matt's best friend since High School (Jeffery Featherstone) celebrated his 30th Birthday at Catalina Island. We had soooo much fun with the Featherstones of course, so here are some pics from that day. Happy Birthday again Jeff!!

I HEART Jacque Fergilicious

So it was my dear friend Jacque's B-day, and the great friend I am, she called to remind me. So this is a few days late, but I want Jacque and the world to know the 29 things that I love about her. She is an awesome friend and I know we will be friends for life yo!

1. Her perfect freaking skin- just a little jealous!
2. When I first got to know her, she was teaching some women how to drill holes to hang up pictures..I thought to myself- I have to get to know this girl- I like people who get things done on their own!!
3. She is my working out buddy, even did yoga for me- she has one hot bod right now!
4. My raquetball partner (of 10 minutes)

Beach Bums

My mom came out to visit and we had a great time. It is soo nice that my children love their grandparents so much. Anywho- here are some pics when we went to the beach. Nothing too exciting but just wanted to give a shout out to mi madre and how much we love her!!

Okay, so here is our bloggy blog. There will be many more pictures and writing as time goes on, but I thought I would start off with a little somethin, somethin about our fam. Matt and I have been married 7 years this year, with two beautiful kiddies. Keia is 3 and very strong-willed. She loves being a princess, dancing, and climbing on everything. Keia is turning out to be a great big sister, who is always on top of letting her brother know when she doesn't like something he is doing! Mattix is 14 months and loves to eat. He enjoys food, eating, and snacking. Mattix also loves to climb on everything and throw balls. Anywho- I am training for my first Marathon in Oct., so I thought I would put on a training video to help some of you out there get started!!
